We are seeking candidates based in Chengdu who are graduating in July 2026 for our Customer Success Representative role. You will thrive here if you value candor, conscientiousness, and first-principles thinking.

What you’ll do
As a Customer Success Representative, you will:
Own the onboarding process for new Chinese clients, ensuring a seamless and successful start to their journey with us
Serve as a strategic point of contact, delivering regular updates and insights that empower clients to command their campaigns
Monitor sales and usage metrics to surface patterns, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into insights for clients and the team
Support partnership growth by identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement and contribute to revenue retention and expansion
Help refine internal processes and documentation to ensure scalable, high-quality service delivery

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Marketing, or related field, or additional equivalent experience
Fluent in English and native proficiency in Mandarin
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Detail-oriented with organizational skills
Comfortable navigating unclear or evolving situations
Western education/work background is a plus
