Position-Travvel Designer

工作地点：成都：全职

碧山WildChina成立于2000年，致力于创造改变生命的体验，提供高端定制旅行、创新企业服务与体验式教育项目。

Responsibilities

• Familiarize yourself with the content and itinerary of school programs.

• Contact guides, transportation, activities and food supplies when needed, adjusting the itinerary in time according to the actual situation.

• Aid in handling all programs problems and emergencies.

• Selecting, auditing and being a liaison with suppliers and other third-party organizations.

• Create all program materials and follow the program’s progress.

• Make program’s budgets and verify the costs after a program.

• Occasional guiding of groups（ Required to go on residential trip 3 times/year）.

• Work with BD team to help provide itinerary quotations and answer client concerns.
