REQUIREMENTS 任职资格

1) Master or Doctor degree.  Major in chemistry, chemical engineering, material science or related field.

2) Great knowledge in one of the key material areas of formation and dielectric quality, polymerization, cathode materials, assembly, molding, ageing and testing.

3) Good knowledge of conductive polymer based capacitor technology and manufacturing process.

4) Efficient communication in English for team interaction and presentation at team meeting.

5) Familiar with Lean Six Sigma concepts, GB certification preferred, good capability of data analysis.

6) Knowledge and skills are necessary required by KEMET customers, including electrical, communication, automobile and so on.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES 工作职责：

1) Develop new material and technology and report at monthly Targets and Capabilities meeting. 

2) Improve current materials and processes for increased yield, better reliability or lower cost. 

3) Provide technical training in one or more of the key areas through Technical Seminar or Technical Workshop. 

4) Actively participate in internal and external technical training to build technical knowledge in specialized areas.

5) Work closely with NPD, PE, Quality and Manufacturing groups in Suzhou and R&D team in KEMET Headquarters.

6) Supervise and coach technicians.

7) Work with suppliers on material development projects.
